Simon should take Cullen's spot

I suspect the fourth line will look different many nights.

I don't see them playing a 41 year old Cullen all season. Especially in a role blocking shots. They brought him in here for 1 reason and 1 reason only. To play the post season.
You will see Hayes or Grant on that 4th line most of the season. Cullen will get some games here and there to keep his legs fresh. I wouldn't be surprised if it's a, he plays home games and doesn't travel, kind of deal.

i see cullen playing about 50 nhl regular season games staying healthy and rested for playoffs. I would also bet that grant is his replacement all most all nights. hayes is useless. simon is a 13 forward at best. sully doesnt like sprongs two way game so unless he is amazing in camp he will get little time.

I'm not doubting any of that. The lines, as Sullivan does, are fluid as well. But coming out of camp it look like the top 9 I described are likely to be the case, Sprong has been with Sid (and in pre-season game last night with Guentzel) so far, which indicates that's where the team starts.

sprong has been with sid where. hell last year when both simon and sprong got called up simon played with sid not sprong

In camp... top line has not deviated from Guentzel-Crosby-Sprong.... and in the preseason game Guentzel-Sprong were matched up together (Sid didn't play)

It's been reported every day, and preseason game also indicates Guentzel/Sprong - What has Mackey said, I've seen nothing from him other than reporting the line combinations?
