I like the idea that the young guys step up and get their NHL-minutes. But retaining 2M for Krug is a bit heavy. Getting no solid prospect and "only" 2nd rounders in return is not worth a deal in my opinion.

Krug has his significant flaws, but he's a 59 point d man, a couple seconds and salary retained is laughable.

Then the lineup, Why is urho in there? Let's get him into North America first for a while huh? Zboril is probably a better pick, however, that youngish d man they just signed for FIVE years? ya he's not sitting in the stands.

also David Backes has a full no movement clause, which means you can't just bury him. Unless you're planning on murdering him, he's on the roster.
