Caps might do the deal after 2018-19 season if they believe Samsonov is ready. If Mrazek if taken out of the deal it might work. I would do Car gets Holtby and Caps get 2019 1st, 2020 2nd, Roy, 2019 5th, 2020 3rd with 2021 1st conditional on if they resign Holtby, done at 2019 Draft.
