You think? I really like the versatility in C.Smith, but Simmonds is a better offensive player and more physical...and Smith would be on his last contract year.

You do know if Shea weber hangs them up anytime after he is 35. Nashville is on hook for his cap hit. It was part of the trade.

If that happens, they'll have a recapture penalty for 5-6 years, but not the full cap hit. Something like NJD (I.Kovalchuk) & LAK (M.Richards) currently have.
