I think Vrana and Bura will cost more. Also probably won't need Kuemper as Vanecek should be in the NHL.

But still a beast team. I love *** people think the window is closing.

Don't see a scenario in which Djoos earns 4.5 mil a year but if he plays up to the contract, I'm happy about it. I feel like Backstrom will give us another discount too. Maybe 7 instead of 7.6. Love keeping the team together for the most part. Holtby has to be the sacrifice unfortunately.

Tough to see this far into the future, but I like the way this looks.

Connolly and Smith-Pelly (5th and 6th in playoff goals on the team, this Spring) will be 28, still in their prime, in three years. Bowey at 26 is going to be a top four defenseman somewhere. He had some awkward games last year, but got back to back 60 point seasons in juniors, so I'm not guessing at Kempny at 30 will be better than Bowey at 26.

And what about Orpik?

As much as I like Conno and DSP (believe me i do) I think the young talent is capable of replacing them for cheaper. I think Bowey might be traded or moved on in FA or Kempny might also be depending on what happens. also Orpik will probably be retired seeing as he is coming up on 38 years old but who knows really.
