To be honest? I like Larsson deal.. they addressed need on defence and in 2016 POs he was arguable one of the best Oilers players. And Eberle deal.. Snow fleeced Chiarelli

Not so sure about Larsson. He is not fleet of foot or overly physical, with low offensive upside. And the guy they traded for him just won the Hart.

Not overly physical???????????????? He was 6th in the league in hits last year, and he missed 20 games. He was 2nd among all NHL players in hits per game. If that's not physical, I don't know what is.

Now people can understand that trades. They would not have the cap and no defence.

The trades had to be done.

Its about the return. And trading Taylor Hall did not have to be done. Thats one of the worst deals of the past decade
