    rangers should keep tanking. If they can get the 1st next year, it could turn them around. My guess is if they are in the lottery with a high chance the league rigs it anyway. They can't have both teams in a major market like NY totally suck. The league will do what it does and step in. One of those teams probably gonna land next years first.
