i like it, types of moves a team like mtl should be doing..... Until you read down, the bieksa signing it outta left field. Give Mete, Juulsen and ouellet time over him any day.

AND over Schlemko, and over Alzner lol. Those would be my D pairings for the start of the season :

Ouellet-Alzner/Lernout (alternating)

When I take a second to look at those...I realise even more how bad Habs are gonna be next year hahaha! (and I'm a huge Canadiens fan ?)

Mete and Juulsen would benefit playing a full season in the AHL under the new coaching staff and hopefully a winning environment. The Habs will suck this year, give Lernout a regular shift, PK time and some PP time with Weber out. Bieksa is there to provide leadership and toughness in the blue line for 1 season.

The Canadiens need to rank for at least another 2 years.
