Between Kucherov or Point who do you rather lose?

You would rather lose Point but I don't know how TB would be capable of keeping Kuch if they get Karlsson.

with all the good young players Tampa has and that are coming why would they do this?

I firmly believe that TB doesn't even need Karlsson. Yes he's a world class talent but you already have Hedman in the same role. On top of that you already have a crunch coming with Sergachev, Kucherov, Point and Dotchin needing contracts next year. I really don't think it will be as amazing as everyone thinks it will be.

I completely agree. If TB doesn't win the Cup this year (if they get him) then its a huge bust IMO.

Then if you don't win and you have to pay Karlsson over $10mil (that is with taking the Yzerman discount) you don't have room for either Kucherov or Point . I'd rather keep those guys.
