Ryan go forward ~$4.5mm cap hit $4.66mm/yr salary for 4 years
Sekera go forward ~$4.3mm cap hit, $3.81mm salary for 3 years
*All players agree to waive NMC for expansion draft. Ryan agrees to remove NMC for any trade.

*Ottawa saves $4.8mm actual cash over life of deal by having Lucic instead of Ryan.
*Ottawa gets 4 NHL'ers to help keep them out of basement and the #1 overall pick going to Colorado
*Ottawa gets 2 solid prospects (forward and D) and rounds 1-3 draft picks this year to cover medium and long term
*Edm gets best d-man in the game and scoring winger at reasonable price
*Edm gets lots of cap room to build around McDavid, Karlsson and Draisaitl
*Ryan pump and dump to free cap space, then replace with Rattie or Yamamoto, or RYan trade replacement.
