Why Buffulo would trade Reinhart 2OA pick who made 45-50pts each years... for a 3OA?

They are very deep at Center and they would likely draft scoring winger like Zadina with 3OA who can play in the NHL right away who, I would think, would be on their top line .

You're taking a huge risk (whichever GM you are) trading away your 3OA and not getting back another later 1st rounder. You better hope it works....because any player drafted 3rd or later until you make your next pick will always be the player you missed out on.....
That's alot and in this years draft it means 33+ players you will always be under the gun with......
As good as Reinhardt is - is that a risk worth taking?

Also, you will need alot more than 6Mil to get Stastny.
Forget Pleky, put Shaw on LTIR, both Danault and JDLRs contracts need to drop at least 500k each and get rid of Benn and Schlemko.

I cant see mtl trade the 3OA pick unless it is to trade down 2 spots.. they need to get a star player for the hell we just went through.. I want Zadina especially if we trade patches
