You aren't getting Hoffman and the 4th pick for that. Ottawa needs to rebuild and that isn't what they'd be willing to give up.

Lucic has negative value, you'd have to pay Arizona with a 1st round pick to take that deal.

Andrew Shaw isn't worth a 2nd.

Weber also doesn't have much value, you're not getting that deal without retaining 50% and sending more the other way.
