If the Sabres need a left wing and Jason Pominville is here, why not bring back a familiar line mate? I would take Thomas Vanek over David Perron.

Vanek being sluggish and really not making his linemates better makes him a hard no for me. He's much better suited filling a depth scoring role on an already contending team.

I think that the Sabres would have to add more in order to get TT from Carolina...... he scored 64 points last year and should only improve seeing as he is 23 years old.
