Description

Carolina recently stated that they are listening to all offers and are interested in adding pieces to make their team a contender. One name that keeps coming up is Noah Hanafin, I think Detroit pursues this option as Hanafin could develop into a great top 4 defenseman.

Also, the assumption that the calls on Jensen continue to the draft and he is moved to Edmonton for a 3rd round pick to make space in the lineup for Hanafin.

That's fair, I was not sure what would make the deal work. Since CAR is loaded on the blue line, I assumed they would be looking to get a young forward back. I suppose the trade could be modified to include Svech as well since CAR is most likely going to be taking Andrei with the 2nd OA pick.

No wings will NOT trade the #6 oa for hanafin when that D pick likely would be better player than hanafin.. No chance..IF WINGS trade pick #6 its much more likely we trade down to 8-9 & get another youngster or 2019 top pick.. Sorry....now vgk pick @30-31 for hanafin...perhaps that's different story
