Nashville only has 1 to two year window to win before Josi wants 9mill and they have to retool the whole team for cap reasons. Crawford will be off the books, cissons had one good year he won’t get much more and those players know they would rather take a bridge deal till then to win, and keep the team intact. It’s called knowing hockey not just playing NHL and signing AI characters

If this is about knowing hockey, then why would you make this post? Because you clearly don’t. This would be the worst trade Chicago has ever made, and that’s saying something. And players don’t take discounts often just to win, as nice as it’d be. The only star I can think of that has recently is Stamkos, and outside of that, I think Sharp and Campbell did just to come back to Chicago, and neither of them were even worth those contracts anyways.

My guess would be a mid prospect and a 2nd, he had a down year playing on a new team but a lot of players do that, so I think he’ll be better next year. Nashville is super deep down the middle right now....
