Sabres have 0 reason to replace Gorges. The trash overpaid 9th defenseman spot is going to stay open for some years. Sabres also have a ton of LHD depth. You're going to have to pay Buffalo a hefty sum to take out youre trash for you

Agree here, the package should be about convincing the Hurricanes that what you're giving them is worth dropping 7 spots for. I think the Canes could use Namestikov or Hayes but I don't think either of them are enough (with the 9th) to land the 2nd, so I might include Tampa's 1st with one of them to sweeten it, so the Rangers would be picking 2nd and 26th in the first round.
