Don't let recency bias convince you that he's not a starter. And if those picks are both around #27 overall, does that change your perception of the trade?

Also, I tend to overpay sometimes to show a concept because 90% of the commenters just say stuff like "lol not enough for Braden "Vezina" "God among Goalies" Holtby

I love the idea of trading Allen for Tavares rights.... I wonder if there is even a small chance the Isles would be interested in Allen. I also like the idea of replacing Allen with either Holtby or Schneider since both seem to be on the hot seat with their respective teams.
