I actually like this roster. I can see why Boedker would want out of Arizona. With all the turmoil of just getting someone to buy the team and now Glendale cancelling the lease agreement he may wanna get out while the getting is good.
Ottawa is a budget team so they may not want Spaling's additional cap hit but even if we got stuck with him i like the rest of the roster.

It's not rights for a guy going to unrestricted free agency, he's a restricted free agent meaning his right a retained by the team who owns him. If another team gives him a contract then the team who has his rights can either match the offer or get compensation in terms of picks.
