Kenny’s contract is up without a extension. I think he stays in the org but not as GM. Depending on who takes over then who knows about Blash. God I hope he’s gone, and they don’t overpay all three RFA that much

Larkin’s only overpayed by like 500K-1M, and Athanasiou’s contract there could b pretty realistic. Mantha might only get 4 or 4.5, though.

As much as I like the rfa they aren't worth that much. Maybe 5.5 fir larkin 5 for mantha and 4 for AA. Maybe you even move one for a dman prospect or young player. I hope kenny is gone and blashil. Just start fresh. Keep stocking pics and take advantage of teams trying to loose cap dollars.

tavares only makes like 5.5 mil on his first deal and he's way better than any of them-7 mil that's like 105,000 per point for larkin- I like those players but not that much-larkin 6 mil max(hopefully 5.5) Mantha is the scorer(which is why the wings keep losing-no offense) 5 mil and double A--hopefully no more than 3-3.5mil

Who are Larkins contract comparables?

Draisaitl? Eichel? McDavid? Stamkos? Malkin? Crosby? Ovechkin?

Those are the only players in modern day NHL history that have signed a 7M+ contracts coming out of an ELC..........

Frankly even 6M+ is too much!

Ehlers, Pastrnak, Gaudreau, Monahan, Mackinnon, Scheifele, Forsberg,.....

He has no negotiating rights and his stats aren't as good as any of the guys mentioned above.

6M would be the absolute tops he could ask for and potentially get.

I'd say that Larkin contract should be comparable to Wennebergs contract and he got 6x4.9 here recently.
