Tatar for Orpik+2018 2nd rounder Give me a break Tatar is worth more then a garbage D man and a 2nd, Nielsen isn't waiving after only 2 years. Holland wont deal both Tatar and Nyquist it's one or the other Like the Green trade. Unfortunately no way is Glendening returning a 2nd rounder. Most of these trades are so i don't know where to begin.

wings are worst team in the league in cap terms----and need to cut whatever contracts they can-Holland continues to over value his players. Just make the deals when they arise - there will be no bidding wars. They need to get picks or prospects----if they take $ in players back they need to attempt to flip for more picks--take advantage of these contender teams. that and smart free agent pick ups(smaller length terms-aging veterans 1-2 yrs max-smaller terms-so they can deal next deadline) they have been middle of the road for like ten years now. Everybody should be in play. At this rate we will be lucky to make any deals

I agree 100%!! AA and Frk won't be traded. Along with Larkin, Mantha, Bertuzzi and Jenson. Take away the draft picks and make it Ellis for Nyquist straight up. Nashville is looking for a scoring winger trading Ellis for makes a lot of sense makes a lot of sense for Nashville. At the start of the season Nashville had a couple D hurt and the kids they brought up played very well, so Nashville has about 7 or 8 D that can play. Moving Ellis makes room for one of them and frees up about $2mill of cap space.I like the get Wpg trade but Cheveldayoff would never do it. I can't think of 1 good reason to trade For C.himera
