Milano is being buried by Torts because of he has been a defensive liability. Milano needs a change of scenery and a place that he can grow in. Columbus just is not the place with Torts as the coach. Motte is a player with upside. Jackets like him but the Jackets also have a ton of players that fit the role he fills on the Jackets. Maybe in NY he could become more of a full time NHLer.

So take a defensive liable player away from torts.. and send him to AV? It’s almost like you want him to get benched

He needs a fresh place to play. Alain Vigneault might be able to work with him better. NYR are going to be rebuilding and it is the perfect fit for him. He is also from NY area.

I forgot AV is good with developing players laugh
He needs to be fired— then this trade would be okay
