I hope the pens do a minor deal like this. A guy like Letestu, Cullen, Ryan, etc. They should definitely pass on Brassard. You dont pay a guy 5 mil to play 3rd line center and Sens GM doesnt seem interested in retaining plus he wants too much for him. More than he is worth. Brassard is a bi#@h anyway. Id take Pageau but he may not be available anymore.

A 2nd round pick is too much to give up for a 4th line center, especially a rental. 4th rounder, and maybe a C-level prospect too would be much more realistic.

Adding onto what FLPensFan said-- If we are trading a 2nd for a center, I'd rather it be Plekanec/Ryan.
