Cogliano will retire a Duck... He has as much likelihood of being traded as Getzlaf. He's 30 years old and has never missed a game due to illness or injury. His work ethic is beyond the rest of the team combined. As a matter of fact his little 2 game suspension this season was his first missed games in his NHL career. Just a little tid bit of useless information, but NO I don't see ANA trading this guy ever. And if they do, please send him to Boston, we'll take him in a heartbeat.

More horrendous trades. Rick Nash @ 3M... LMFAO!!! He's going to want way more than that. Think like 6-8M per. Montour, Kase and Ritchie are all massively overpaid. The FLA deal is beyond a joke and the team looks a complete mess. Nash playing with Kesler on our shutdown line? Wtf? Kase demoted to the 4th line? Why? And to top it off we have 3rd D-pairing of an AHLer and a borderline NHLer. Just stop.

I find most of this very confusing, starting with Rasmussen.

the salt is strong with this one, Bob Murray is known to overpay his D men! look at the Bikes contract for god sake 4 mill for a terrible player! atlas montour is a good defensman so 3.5M is worth it and Nash does not deserve that much I would say 4.5M at the most and paying Ritchie 2M is solid I don't know what you're going on about. if you don't like what somebody posted give them some positive criticism in the future so that they can make better GM teams and don't make me feel like an idiot because you don't like 3 deals, if you don't have something nice to say don't say it at all.

fact of the matter is, I'm still having fun with this okay like the trading for youth one I did I did it for shits and giggles why? because I'm allowed to have fun with this, I don't care if I post so much that nobody looks at it or if I post so little that I get maximum criticism okay, yeah I've gotten a lot of criticism but you're the only one who's taken it so personally that you have to tell me to stop, if you don't like it then don't look at it! I don't care just don't go on and make me feel like an idiot alright! I'm still trying to figure out what people will accept as a good trade

Doesn't matter now, he was released from his contract this morning. I think Grant/Wagner are perfectly adequate to handle the 4C duties next season.
