    McDonagh & Holden are going to playoff bound teams more than likely. NYR want to get younger & rebuild.
    Grabner can get a 2nd & 3rd or a 1st. Or maybe a 2nd & prospect.
    Spezza wouldn't help NYR at all. Dallas better off keeping him for a run this year & dealing with a buyout/trade in the offseason. Think Smith is in the short term plans for NYR . They need someone to play D & the hope is his game improves as would his trade value down the line.
    DD will get something like that in return (4th, 5th, 6th ?)
    If Calgary would part with Välimäk, & add a 2nd in 2018 , yeah. Or Dillon Dube & a 2018 1st.
