Mode - plafond salarial: Basique
Description
Trade 1- RFA for RFA swap. Pick and D prospect swap to balance it out. Saves cap from a TB prospective, and a Pens get a LW for Crosby.
Trade 2- change of scenery for both players. Late pick to balance it out.

I have no issue with either trade and it undoubtedly improves the offense, but then the pens dont have much of anything to trade to improve the defense. Dont think just Cole could fetch the pens a solid top-4 dman.

I think Killorn would fit well on Crosby's leftwing.  Left had shot and versatile. I honestly like that deal and the fit when looking at the Pens roster.

As for the defence.  There is always the option of a Cole for Franson swap.  Or something along those lines. 
A lot of it depends on how the Pens organization view Pouliot, do they see him as a long term viable solution to the top 4 or could he be someone moved in a bigger deal.  Personally, I like Sami Vatanen a Dumo-Vatanen pairing could be real good.  Right hand shot and a great puck mover. 
Bonino is also someone that could be moved in the right deal. He can be replaced internal.

Am gonna try to make a roster revolving around your trades plus a trade for Vatanen just to see how it looks.
