I honestly can't see Provorov getting that much. I love him as much as all Flyers fans but look outside at other similar young D signing their first non-ELC contract. What is Provorov's negotiating position? Basically he plays a lot of mins. He's also not playing that well things year. The only D signed long term off an ELC on more than $6m in the past few seasons is Ekblad and he was a first overall pick.
