yes I would trade him if I knew he couldnt fit him under the cap and you could get cheap assets that would work better for the team.

The Canucks traded Pavel Bure under similar conditions. fans hated it, but that is buisness side of hockey.

The trade would be fair if Toronto didn't add the pick and Vancouver sent Stetcher, but Stetcher is too valuable. Our best bet to trade with Toronto is to send them a package with a retained Tanev for a top RHD prospect.
