Faulk is already making $4.8 million, No way he signing for only $5 million per with Tampa. He's going to want to get paid. And Yzerman will be Detroit's new GM in 2019/2020 he's already stated that he's going home to Detroit to be with his family. So the writing is on the wall. Yzerman is coming home to Detroit next summer if not sooner.

You are really jumping to conclusions. I get that you want it to happen, but it's more likely that he just retires than becomes new GM of Detroit. Plus isn't Holland up in 2020 not 2019? Also why would Ken Holland step aside? He didn't before.
