Description

There'll be only 23 players on the roster, of course, but I'm also building a farm, at least the begining of one (let's say "a prospect pool"). This is a tough challenge that required a lot of time and planning.

Rules of thumbs : A mix of veterans and young players. 4 ELC allowed on the 23 man roster. The team must be build to compete THIS YEAR, not for the future (IT'S CUP OR BUST FOR 2018-2019). Must have 4 goalies (2 NHLers, 2 AHLers). Try to make the best 8 players "prospect pool" possible (23 up, 8 down).

Please, feel free to chime in on the subject! There's so many great possible combinaisons for this, I want to read your thoughts on mine and see what YOUR team would look like!
