    Exactly what advantage or benefit is there for the Habs to even entertain that offer.
    Dumping Brouwer & Stone is not the answer in trying to get Patches.

    I agree that MTL probably says No to this, but it's Bergevin we're talking about and MTL is in a confusing situation.

    They'd be OK with adding Stone to the blue line and would love the 1st and 2nd rounders, but that's not the right value or asset combination for Pacioretty.

    Have to think that this deal would require Jankowski as the central piece, plus more.
