The Blackhawks are struggling with the cap as it is and yet they want to trade for a $5.8 per season, 18-point winger? And they're giving up 4 draft picks, including a first and second, for the privilege? If anything the Lightning would be sending the picks, not receiving them, to unload Callahan.
