The cap in 18-19 is supposed to be about 80 million, so the year after it is fair to assume it will be at least 83 million. The first year, the leafs will have 3 million in cap, and after that, as the cap goes up, the they will have enough to keep contending year after year

    exactly. You could give Mathews another million, marner another 500 k and nylander another million and still be under the cap
