I thought of this trade while watching some TV. There would be better player coming to Ottawa and might resurrect there. Bobby Ryan is not the same player as he was when he left but new start would help him. He is still good. Also taking new backup in would be helpful.

i think that is a fair trade for Buffalo. IMO I think McCabe regressed a bit this year, so a 2nd is his current value. Who knows maybe Miller could lead buffalo to the playoffs nod.
