Probably the best option offensively outside of Tavares. Case could be made for JVR, but I think the Blues would really benefit from a RHS on the PP.

Kovalchuk would be an amazing get for the Blues. That being said, Armstrong won't do it though. Not just, but Kovalchuk wants to be in the northeast. Not sure why
