He's actually not our best goal scorer (that's Sebastian Aho), and in an ideal world, no, I don't. But Skinner is not playing well enough on both sides of the puck, often looks lost, and, as the title of the thread says, is part of the leadership core which has not made the playoffs in nearly a decade. Sometimes, when you have a culture of losing, you have to just get rid of the old pieces.

Fans in Carolina want to see the team play hard. Too often, that does not happen, and Skinner is a prime culprit.
