BM would be ran out of town if he traded Kase. He's been one of our most consistent forwards! Better trading Nick Ritchie for him but not Kase for Rick Nash.

Yeah, I was hesitant about trading away Kase was trying to pick a prospect not in NHL instead but did not know any other than Steel really.

I would rather pass on Rick Nash and go after someone else. Not worth Kase who will be really good in the future.

Fair, I just know Nash and Getzlaf had success in the past on team Canada but was thinking about other rentals like Kane.

Pass on Kase. The only player I'd trade Nash with retention for is Corey Perry and that would just be to dump Perry's bad contract in his later years. Perry is still a better player than Nash though.
