When are folks going to realize that two important great value Vegas players.....Theodore and Thompson ( and 5m in cap space to sign Stephenson) is far better for Vegas than one 11m overpaid Marner, though Marner is the best player in tension. It's brutally bad deal for Vegas that makes way on CF that folks keep on repeating.

That's a massive overpay for one year of Konecky even with an extension. McCabe (who is needed) Hildeby, a first and more. Just wait a year and see who you want to sign in summer of 2025., And Cowan is RWer. Nylander, Cowan, Jarnkrok. that's a good threesome at right wing.

21 man roster ? No 7th NHL Dman.? Webber and Timmins as regular Dmen? Cowan at centre? That's weak.

Would TOR be willing to eat any money on Kampf or Jarnkrok? Those two are constantly being mocked to the Devils, but for the money they make no deal is worth it.

Leafs would need to eat on them to get rid of them.
