I think you are underestimating the value of draft picks. Nash is definitely not worth a first AND a second, and we'd be lucky to get a sixth round pick for Holden.

ya I agree with robnas94, I can see the teams you put here really being interested in the players your offering, but you reaching just a bit too much in terms of value.

Nash to OTT for a 1st (lottery protected) is good and fair deal imo
Grabner for a 2nd seems right
I see Holden being more likely being worth a 6th or 7th if any teams has interest in him, other than that I would say waivers
and Puljujarvi is not getting moved imo, in the next few years EDM will be cap tight, and having young players on entry level deals will be worth gold for them.

Fair opinions on both. Holden was snagged for a 4th 2 years ago and then had a "career" year last year. We always see high prices for a DMan at the deadline, I think a 3-4 is certainly achievable. Nash for a 1, sure fine I could see that, retaining salary for them to make another move is why I added more.
