Pavelski and Kane are not reasonable camparisons for any deals, both took heavily discounted deals to sign on to chance the cup and both are older and have higher risk of regression or injury, plus both have bonuses set up that will pay them close to double their base salary FYI
The Burroughs for Holl deal would be a no from me.
at the beginning of the season I’d say yes but Holl has regressed big time and even if Burroughs does we can bury him in the AHL with no cap implications.
Plus sharks are undoubtedly on his 10 team no trade list (bad team in a high tax bracket)

I don't think Pavelski took a discount to sign his first deal with Dallas. 7M x 3 Years was a pretty decent cap hit for him.
Don't think Hawks are interested in Fabbri. It depends what they plan to do with Taylor Raddysh. But with Athanasiou back from injury and Taylor Hall coming back next year from his knee injury that's as if they got 2 new players. Theres the emergence of Kurashev and Reichel will get another middle 6 opportunity to succeed. Foligno and Dickinson were resigned already. They could consider it but there are possibly better options and they may want someone a little more potent for Bedard.
