You are right, Bones is wrong.
I just don't know how it's supposed to work with all three of Ehlers, Connor and Perfetti in the top six, having three similar players that are all on the smaller side isn't going to work even if they're skilled.
Any offense the 3rd line was generating has dried up and imo Nino is going to waste on that line so move him into the top six to inject some size on the 2nd line.
I'd try this:

Nino-Monahan-Nino
Iafallo-Lowry-Appleton
Barron Namestnikov-Perfetti
