Do you think trading them for some draft picks and mid-level prospects will? Signing JP is a good move. If he continues playing the way he was in Wilkes, he'll be a good addition. if he doesn't then he'll be just like the other million 3rd and 4th line players we have bouncing back and forth on waivers. This is a low risk, high reward move that Dubas needs to make.

The comment was about the decision 2 offseasons ago. Pittsburgh needs to do something if they want to make a run. Puljujarvi isn't it....

At least they'll have someone to play with Crosby when "own rental" Guentzel walks in UFA?
