team is in the bad place right now, looking to see what can be done to piece together a compete roster without trading anyone.

Forwards: Domi, Robertson and Gregor are brought back. Olofsson is not having the best year in Buffalo, so he could be an option as a bottom six offensive threat. Blueger brought in as a senior defensive minded forward to help round out the bottom six. Minten's given the 10 game trial again, can't say for sure if he says up but if not they'd probably need a replacement. Holmberg and Gregor are insurance.

Defense: Benoit and Liljegren are back, Liljegren is signed for long term. Either Villeneuve or Niemlea should be pushing to make the roster this season. Not sure if DeMelo is the best top four option but he should be within the price range that Toronto can afford. I don't care about Timmins anymore so if he gets traded that's 1.1 million more to spend.

Goaltending: Woll and Jones. No idea why Jones is good with this team but I'll savior the opportunity. It should be a 1A/1B situation and hopefully Woll can take over the crease.

So this leaves about 1.2 million extra to put...somewhere? Can't say I trust this roster all too much. Ideally, you'd dump Timmins and possibly Kampf to free up cash and invest it in the middle six and/or the defense.
