This is exactly what I want to see, except Dunn instead of Walman. (And Lindbohm back down to make 23 men). Paajarvi was effective at the end of last year, but he needs to be on a short leash. Blais or Bennett should be gunning for his spot.

I also think Bennett/Jaskin/Blais will play that RW 4th line slot - Also I'd think it'd be Gunnarsson/Schmaltz or Bortuzzo/Dunn. At least I'd love that lol.

I really think Bennett can be a sneaky addition, dude's only 25. Using him in a limited role he's got a lot of skill and a solid shot. Just needs to stay healthy.

I couldn't decide between Dunn and Walman and just went with age and draft year. I also wonder if Schmaltz is the one sent down and Lindbolm kept up for the first little chunk of the season - from Oct 7th to Oct 14th = 5 games - tough to put a top 4 pairing on a rookie for that stretch.

Either way, injuries suck but opportunities are great to watch! grin

And we have such a weird cluster of guys in the bottom 6. I feel like actually nailing this years opening night roster would be like picking a winning NCAA bracket :P
