Description
Only way I’d consider firing woody is if MacT was willing to stand behind that bench. He’s the only guy I’m confident will address the issues. Detailed defensively. He always seemed to get a lot out of his guys. Holds players accountable but also could get that work ethic out of them to correct their errors. Drai McDavid RNH Nurse they have seen enough new faces come in and coach don’t think that shock factor is needed here. Familiar face been around the team over the years. There’s an earned respect coming in. If he’s not interested then I stick with woodcroft not making a change for the sake of it.

That’s not counting playoffs which he’s only lost to the cup winners 5 rounds in 2 years. It does include the horrible start this year. He’s such a good coach don’t need to pretty up his numbers his body of work speaks for itself. Great coach Ottawa will love him if something goes down.

Not diminishing Gallant but is he the change Edmonton should consider? Seems like you’re just searching for a new voice is the message going to be any different? Just not as sold on Gallant being the right guy.
