Few thoughts:

1. No thanks on that Jake deal, he'll be 30 to start the season. I think the AAV is a bit too much, be term is definitely too long. I think a lot of other fans have had the same thought to sign him to a 2-3 year deal and have him exit when the core + EK are done which i'd be fine with.
2. I don't think POJ is on the team by the end of this season, and Ty Smith will definitely not be playing on the third pair.
3. Yager is having a really good start to the year, but I'm not sure they'd bring him up next year. Maybe if he gets time in the A this year and lights it up there, but I have a feeling both he and Pickering will be in WBS for next season.
