Mr Cap. Oh I agree that having three RHD and three LHD is preferred for reasons you suggest. You can really pound the pucks off the defensive boards easier. It's just getting three good ones that is difficult. Stastically it's really not possible with the majority of players being LHD. I was/am a RHD. I would love to play for the Leaf even for the NHL minimum. I am related to probably the greatest NHL Dman ever and also to one of the Leafs most popular and good players. So maybe I have the bloodlines to play even at the age of 63.
