Both Eiserman and Celebrini will be in college this season and even if we got a 1st or 2nd OA I would opt to send whoever we get and Will Smith back to Colllege for their sophomore seasons, 4th OA should be worse case scenario IMO but we still fill a huge hole with That pick. Funny how this years top 4 picks are C, LW, RW, RD!

I do think if Duclair and Barabanov perform like we hope they will they both get better deals than those! Looking at comps I think 4.5 x 4 for Barabanov and 5x5 for duclair.

I don’t love picking up Markstrom, his play has fallen of quite a bit. I think next off-season or this TDL they move Vladar and let Markstrom Mentor Wolf.

And if we picked Lorentz back up it would be to play him not sit him as a 1.75 mil healthy scratch.

Other than that I like the ideas here.

Eisermann is not on BU's roster for this upcoming season, Im pretty sure he only committed to playing they next year, he is USNTDP. I picked up Lorentz again just incase we move sturm for a mid round pick, and I chose markstrom to get more picks + his contract runs out by the time we need to do our big renewals

You’re right I thought he was planned for college this year.
And as for Markstrom I get the return is tempting, but sharks really need to focus on the future and either draft 2 high ceiling quality Goalies the next few years and find a 3-5 year starter/ stop gap, or trade for a younger high profile goalie! Either way sharks need to get their hands on a goalie that solves the net issue for the next 10 years.
