    Unfortunately it seems unlikely Hamonic would be traded to the Avs. They're not anywhere close to where he wants to be traded

    According to Dreger, Avs are 1 of the 5 teams that could swing a deal for him that would fit his needs if he is open to being out west instead of Western Canada. A flight to winnipeg from Denver is the same 2 hour flight that Calgary and Edmonton are. Avs and Jets are in the same division so he would be going back home to winnipeg more often with the avs vs any of the pacific division teams. Its unlikely but still a chance he lands there if the Canadian destinations don't pan out
