Yes, the Jets are retooling, but as of now they are still a competitive team. In my Central Division spots 1 through 6 can all make the playoffs. With Winnipeg, their locker room is still in shambles with Scheifele present and he along with Hellebuyck could be dealt before the season starts. They did lose Wheeler and PLD, but did well in gaining Vilardi, Iafallo, and Kupari. They fleeced the Kings in that deal. Don't forget about the potential of Barlow, 40% chance he makes the NHL based off size and the ability to play in all situations of the game. But he does need to refine his agility and physicality. The Jets aren't done yet, they could easily finish 6th based on how everything goes.
