these evals are all over the place. Necas alone is worth more than some of these other packages. Canes pass. Ottawa wouldnt do the Pittsburgh, Vancouver, or Islanders ones and I didnt even look at the all.

What would you think Ottawa has to add for Necas? Or would you swap out Necas for Jarvis?

The issue here isn't so much 'value' it's the logic from Carolina's strategy. They are looking to add 1 or 2 solid pieces to the top-6/9. They can't swap out. That doesn't really help them much. Means they will need to acquire such pieces with futures. That won't work in every trade situation obviously.
